The first time you connect your BlackBerry to your computer, you will be given the option to install BlackBerry Link. You must have iPhoto 11 v9.0 or higher to be able to sync photos. Here’s how to install BlackBerry Desktop Manager on a Mac: Turn on your BlackBerry PlayBook and connect it to a powered-on Mac computer using the supplied USB cable. On the desktop or within Finder, double-click BlackBerry PlayBook CD. Double-click the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Installer. The installation starts.

Following are the steps to automatically backup photos from Blackberry 10 to Box:
- Go to https://www.box.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
- Download 'Box app' on your BlackBerry 10 from the App store & launch it.
- Open Box app on your BlackBerry 10.
- Enter the username & password to Sign In to Box account.
- Once you connected to Box, you will see a screen with a few settings where you can choose to sync both photos and videos.
- Move the slider button next to 'Pictures' from left to right to turn it ON. Now anything you add in the camera folder on your Blackberry 10 will be synced with Box after you complete the setup.
- Head to the File Manager, swipe right and choose Box.
- All your photos will now be automatically backed up to Box.
